Foods of New York uses USPS Express Mail for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Orders to these areas are shipped Monday - Wednesday only. We try to ship orders on the day they are placed. However, orders received late in the day are shipped the following shipping day. Orders received too late for shipping on Wednesday, or on Thursday, Friday or the weekend are shipped the following Monday.
Orders are shipped in reusable insulated containers with reusable ice packs. The containers are made of Styrofoam with walls at least 1" thick. These containers are packed in sturdy corrugated boxes to prevent damage.
The prices listed for items on the "Create your own" page do not include shipping. A charge of $82 is added to all "Create your own" orders shipped within the Continental US. An additional charge of up to $40 must be added for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. This additional charge will not be reflected during the checkout process.
"Create your own" orders which do not fit into a single shipping container will not be shipped. We will contact you to discuss any such orders.
